Craig A. Andreoli is the founding partner of the Law Office of Craig A. Andreoli, P.C. located in Smithtown, a family owned firm which he operates together with his wife and partner, Christine.

The Law Office of Craig A. Andreoli, P.C. concentrates exclusively on Elder Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Andreoli’s motivation to launch his own practice occurred after seeing his grandmother suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and lose her hard earned life savings to pay for long term medical care.

In an attempt to help other families avoid the hardships that his own family suffered, Mr. Andreoli focuses his practice on structuring and implementing Medicaid pre-planning techniques and sophisticated gift and estate tax planning techniques. In order to help his clients prepare for the present and the unexpected future, Mr. Andreoli’s practice also focuses on the drafting of trusts, wills, and advance directives. Furthermore, Mr. Andreoli’s practice helps to represent fiduciaries in the probate and administration of estates and trusts. The Law Office of Craig A. Andreoli, P.C. is dedicated to providing quality legal services to its clients and to treating every client with the utmost care and personal attention he/she deserves.
